What's particularly terrible about Paragon products is that there is more effort put into copy protection than into coding the software. There are so many hoops to jump through to install, license or update any Paragon software, that you'd be better to either pass on the functionality or dual boot or do anything but just avoid Paragon software, including this NTFS driver.
Customer support: 1.0
Paragon doesn't care about customers, they only care about themselves and their security systems for their crappy software. I own about five licenses as I would have liked to have had NTFS read/write on all my Macs at one point, but just stopped installing it due to the headaches involved with managing Paragon software.

Once again! Paragon has damaged user accounts! IASSOTS. (1) They lost my password, had to make yet another new one. (2) They ERASED my entire history of purchases, as if I'd never purchased anything, when in fact I have a large collection of their licenses. Inexcusable! --> Yet again, I have to contact them and make them return to sanity. This is a repeating hell they inflict on their users. As such, I'm looking, and finding (!) alternatives to their irresponsible attitude toward their users. 😠 What a nightmare company.

Paragon used to be a good company with good programs, excellent support, and a good update policy, as well as good customer loyalty. Now, none of that remains. You can no longer log in with your login details, there is no interest in support, which leads nowhere, and you have to keep buying the products again and again, of course only directly from the program. No more family licenses and no upgrade prices. Tuxera Microsoft NTFS costs $15 for three computers and would be a company that behaves differently in this case, for example.

Humph. Weirdness, again. On my M1 MacBook Air v15.11.839 says it's up to date. So where is v15.12.78??? I go to download it here at MU and am directed to the web page for NTFS for Mac. I hit the "Download" button and what downloads? v16.1.82. What?! I check out their website for ANY documentation of version numbers, especially any version 16 series. And I find: NOTHING. *sigh* I'll be sticking with what I have rather than dive down a new rabbit hole at quirky Paragon. (0_o)
